David Allardyce was born in the county of Kent in the United Kingdom, one September in the early eighties. He grew up in the village of Boughton Monchelsea, and moved to Laddingford when he was a teenager.
He attended Maidstone Grammar School, where he achieved ten GCSEs and three A-levels. He left Maidstone in 2001 to go to the University of Manchester to study Computer Science, and he graduated in 2004 with a 2:1 degree.
He remains in Manchester, living in an apartment just outside of the city centre, where he has an intermittent problem with noisy neighbours. David has worked in various roles at a major national charity, most recently as a systems administrator.
David doesn’t always talk about himself in the third person.
